These terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you ("Devotee", "Customer", or "User") and Manikaya ("Sanctuary", "We", "Us", or "Company") operated from Siliguri, West Bengal, India. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our digital portal or commissioning consecrated jewelry.
Artisanal & Natural Gemstone Variations
Manikaya is dedicated to authentic, untreated Earth minerals. By placing an order, you acknowledge and celebrate the following inherent qualities of natural crystals:
- Natural Geological Inclusions: Authentic gemstones exhibit natural internal veining, micro-fissures, phantom mineral deposits, and subtle color gradations. These are not flaws; they are the geological fingerprints proving 100% natural origin.
- Hand-Drilled Sizing Variations: While our beads are precision-sorted into standard sizes (6mm, 8mm, 10mm), artisanal drilling and natural density can lead to nominal variance of ±0.5mm.
- Photographic Representation: We photograph our talismans under natural daylight and studio lighting. Colors may subtly differ depending on your smartphone or monitor display calibration.
Consecration & Sacred Energization
Every piece commissioned from Manikaya undergoes a multi-step spiritual preparation including pure rock salt immersion, 432Hz sound frequency alignment, and 108 Vedic mantra recitations:
- Because energization is customized to the devotee's sacred intention, dispatches require 24 to 48 hours of preparation before handing over to express couriers.
- The spiritual energization is an artisanal sacred blessing rooted in traditional heritage. It is provided in devotion and is not a clinical guarantee of metaphysical outcomes.
Orders, Pricing & Taxes
- Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on Manikaya.com are in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Order Confirmation: An automated order receipt is transmitted via email/SMS immediately upon submission. An order constitutes an offer to purchase and is formally accepted once the physical item passes our consecration quality check and is assigned an AWB tracking number.
- Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a typographical pricing error, Manikaya reserves the right to notify the customer and cancel the unfulfilled order with a 100% immediate refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
To support accessibility for devotees across India, Manikaya provides Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to the following rules:
- Verification: High-value or first-time COD orders may receive an automated WhatsApp or telephonic confirmation prompt prior to consecration.
- Genuine Intent: COD is an act of trust. Repeated refusal of verified COD packages without valid reason harms our consecrated artisan pipeline and may result in the suspension of COD privileges for that delivery address.
- Exact Cash Requirement: Courier delivery agents do not always carry loose currency. Customers are requested to keep exact invoice cash or a UPI QR payment ready at the time of delivery.
Intellectual Property & Sanctuary Trademarks
All brand insignia, the sacred Manikaya lotus logo, bespoke jewelry photography, spiritual copywriting, product naming conventions, and layout designs on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Manikaya Sanctuary. Reproduction, crawling, scraping, or commercial duplication without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- Manikaya’s total aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute.
- These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any unresolved dispute, controversy, or claim arising from transactions on Manikaya.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
